Nairobi, Kenya

Nairobi was a special trip for me for multiple reasons. My grandfather and I always chatted about going to Nairobi. He felt "guilty" that I never got to go when my brother and cousin visited in 2005. We had planned to go together, but then the pandemic happened. My father also had plans to visit in September 2022, but due to unforeseen circumstances, he couldn't make it. Therefore, I knew I had to make the trip, and I'm glad I did. I had the chance to stay with and see family members I rarely get to meet. Additionally, I visited Nairobi National Park and enjoyed the wildlife, as you can see from the gallery below. The food was great, and I also noticed that the beer in Kenya tastes crisper than in the US, or maybe it's just my perception.
